We offer 45 minute taster sessions every month to allow you to experience the benefits of Nordic Walking for yourself.

We offer Learn to Nordic Walk courses, so that not only will you master the technique of walking with the poles, but you will understand what muscles are working and how it can help you manage your fitness levels.
This is a structured 4 session course allowing you to build your technique and increase your fitness levels.
We have regular classes running once you have completed your Learn to Walk Course. Please book to avoid disappointment.
Look out for Adventure Walks that will take us further afield so that we can stride out and walk for longer.
One to One Instruction is offered or if you wanted to learn with a friend or partner that is possible too.
Ruth is a Level 3 personal trainer and pilates instructor with an interest in maintaining a reasonable level of fitness and keeping the body mobile and flexible as we get older.
Ruth has experience of working with people with hip or knee replacements, back injuries, MS and Lupus.
Our walks are designed to help us feel fitter as well as giving us a sense of wellbeing after a dose of fresh air, exercise and movement.
